@@LoLoLozza32 Well first things first, I had around 1,000 minutes every week (Not necessary), I worked hard and showed dedication to the game, I attended as many sessions as I could weekly and I showed the ability to handle situations at the wash. I dont know how you got demoted unless you were doing something really bad, or just AAing.

Being active really helps! Set a goal for yourself. (A healthy one that works for you!!) So if that’s 60 minutes a week or a 1,000 a week! It really helps keeping you active. Once you reach the goal you feel motivated to do it again next week. (At least for me)

Hello! I'm a GM (General Manager) and yes, that's hinting. Try playing in big servers (30+ players) and showing professionalism with grammar and helping out around the wash (fixing traffic, handing out tickets, reporting hackers and trollers, etc)

Nah tbh washiez is pretty staff lacking, Playing 3/4 hours everday of working hard for six months is just Crazy, like no, and corps actually be saying "work hard" like what do they even mean play 24/7 actually messed up
Promotions are different for everyone; additionally, having a crazy amount of minutes/playtime does NOT mean you will immediately be noticed and promoted. you'll need to stand out, work hard, and be professional. good luck!
