I never knew there was such a deep impact from something as simple as a bell. When I was a child I just rung the bell for the fun of it. "You are ringing the energy system" - that was the best part too. Thanks for the info.

I've been hearing church bells. The other night, everything looked like snakes to me. Like cobras.

Ninad you are such a great inspiration. Very insightful talk. The shloka in the beginning is pretty straight forward. Where do you acquire this much depth? I also wanted to ask you about how did you begin sadhna ? Is fasting being central part of the sadhna? I watched your videos about your experiences after u joined sadhguru. Its been 3 months i m deeply touched by sadhguru talks, I did IEO. I can’t wait for sadhguru to come to USA and be in his presence. Please share your moments of sadhna ? What all that you started doing ? Thanks a lot for great information.

      Namaskaram,
Thank you so much for your support. I have heard many of Sadhguru's talks and read some of his books, which give me an overall idea of how and why are some basic practices done in the Indian Culture. The rest information comes from extensive research, I try my best to find as much authentic and factual information about a topic as I can, before I put it out for people.
I am really happy that you went through the IEO, please let me know how was your experience of the same.
About fasting, I do Ekadashi Fasting, fasting is surely a great support to keep yourself more healthy and aware, but that is not the central part of my Sadhana.
Talking about my Sadhana, I have made videos on every practice that I do including Shambhavi Mahamudra, Surya Kriya, Yogasanas, Shoonya, Shakti Chalan Kriya and Samyama. It takes about 4-4.5 hours a day to complete all of these. So, that is my Sadhana.
      Dhanyavad

      Namaskaram,
I have a basic idea about all of these through Sadhguru's talks and books. For more information I do research and come up with the most logical reasoning about these practices.
It is great to know about your Inner Engineering experience, keep doing it and inspire others to touch their core within.
      Pranam 🙏
