it's easier in minecraft you have to switch to jp keyboard (and Idk how to explain this easier but) with jp keyboard you have to input romaji(english letters) then select the words you want, sometimes you get the wrong kanjis and have to redo it, so my guess is it's just easier for him

It’s depends on the keyboard that he has or it the format of autocorrect if it turn on
Usually if you’re playing FPS games it better to have an ABC keyboard cuz it easier to call out plays or spots
