Is there a caster where the wheel moves up and down

Are the wheels still adjustable once they are mounted and supporting weight? I also saw a different set, rated for 4400lbs, and those have a mechanism (a nut) so you can use a wrench to adjust them. Now, these ones in this video are rated for 2200lbs or 2400lbs I think, but still seems like a lot of weight (500+ lbs per wheel) to be able to turn that by hand, isn’t it? I think these wheels could have also benefited from having that nut to be able to use a wrench to adjust the pad…
Could you confirm if the mechanism is usable like this, to rotate by hand, when the wheels are actually mounted and supporting weight?

How easy is it to transition the weight from the caster wheel to the pad when you have a total weight of a 1000 lbs between all of them? It seems like it would be difficult to rotate the adjusting pad wheel from the caster wheel with all that weight. Thanks

It can defineitly be tough depending on hopw much weight you have sitting on them. You can always use a crescent wrench and it makes it super easy to adjust.
