Paranoid means "unreasonably or obsessively anxious, suspicious, or mistrustful." So fear yes, but an unreasonable fear. When you're ready for more from Black Sabbath also check out "War Pigs", "Iron Man", "N.I.B.", "Fairies Wear Boots", "Supernaut", "Black Sabbath", "Sabbath, Bloody Sabbath", "Children of the Grave", and "The Wizard" along with many others.
Had the opportunity to see Black Sabbath back in 1999, with the original lineup of Drummer Bill Ward, Bassist Geezer Butler, Guitarist Tony Iommi and Lead Singer Ozzy Osbourne. I was not a huge BS fan going into the show, but I was super impressed coming out, especially with Bill Ward. By far the most physical drummer I have seen live, over 500 concerts. For proof check out their version of "War Pigs" from their concert in Paris, France in 1970. Mr. Ward should be charged with assault on his Drum kit. Tony is a riff master, Geezer holds down the bottom end and writes most of the songs, and Ozzy is well...Ozzy.
the first Heavy Metal song
