Hey! Could you do a video on when to brake for a turn? That would really be useful!

Good video, looking forward to see more tips from you.
Are concrete surfaced tracks vastly different in terms of strategy on a hotlap? I have a few twisty, concrete tracks nearby and find myself having a faster laptime when I do a controlled slide in the tighter corners, instead of a more conventional racing line. I did some F1 sim racing before, where sliding is almost never good.

Thank you for the comment. The racing line can be slightly different for concrete tracks, especially a twisty layout. It's best experiment what line works best since every circuit is unique. And you will find sometimes that the conventional line is not always the quickest way to drive the circuit.

Great video ! Thanks for the tips! I see that you show some videos from the Paris Kart Indoor track. Could you do an episode on it maybe ?

Great idea! I visited the track in Paris in 2017. Unfortunately I didn't record any Go Pro footage or else I would have made a video.

hey, i know this video was 2 years ago, but i got a question
8:31 after exiting the turn, you still ahead, doesnt mohamed have more exit speed and going to overtake you on the straight?

Hey. By 'tap the break' do you mean hit the brakes hardly ?

The video is being prepared and is in the editing phase. I expect to upload this video by the end of June this year.

perhaps I missed the statement, are you saying that on indoor tracks the quickest route is not going all the way to the circuit edge, and that it is more important to try to minimise the distance you travel?
