Today I went to a hair salon like The Secret Garden near Gangwha Island in Korea and got a haircut. The unintentional ASMR sound was so good that I was able to get a deep sleep.
In particular, going through the forest and passing through a quiet Hanok village to get to this place was so healing!
I was able to feel the director's warm heart as we shared freshly steamed sweet potatoes and rice cakes that morning.
Rather than going to a beauty salon, I felt like I had gone to a place of peace for my mind.

@@esteASMR It’s always good to find joy in small things and experiences. That shop was like walking back in time a bit. When times were slower and not so rushed. I always think of you now when I say goodnight to the sunset. The shy is such a bright blue right now and the sun is very bright. I’ll wait a bit until the shadows grow long so I can tidy up around the front yard. The fake profiles have been removed by Facebook.
