Trains coming from Satna (Central and South India) create a blockage in Allahabad division. Even Rajdhanis coming from Delhi get late due to this blockage and they have to wait at Allahabad station or before. This is the reason why you see most trains get late at Allahabad. Trains coming from Satna (The one in this video) have to wait at Chheoki - Mirzapur section due to this blockage.
