This is a trial run of our 200-300 kg/hr regrinds pelletizing line for a good customer of ours located in Charlotte, USA. This line is mainly used for processing PP and HDPE rigid flakes, crushed flakes, regrind flakes and can be used for other plastics as well.

- Automatic feeding with spiral charger.
- Inverter controlled feeder, extrusion, and granulation processes.
- Different L/D ratios are used for different plastic materials to achieve optimal plasticization.
