If you are referring to the lady with the Peterboro baskets, she may have been high on some prices, but I would be a little insulted if someone offered me $5 for a brand new in the box with tags Peterboro Stair Basket that is certainly worth at the minimum of $40. I was very surprised that Matt offered that low price as I know he tries to be fair when he offers a price for an item.
The green table is at least 60 years old, it was originally a vanity. I had one when I was in my teens, painted it orange and Drew half a daisy on the top to cover the entire top. (I’m 73 now) My brother still has it in his basement.

Wilson's leather is a very good, reputable company with well-made products. I carry a cross-body simple black one on weekends and have the same one for the last 10 years. Leather is still in great shape. It's kind of like how Levi's is a basic and well-made products.
You found some great finds on furniture. The bee pillow with the spot, a little Dawn dish deter and a brush would get it out. I use Dawn on all things needing something removed.

Wilson’s Leather was owned by the Berman Brothers- ultimately a son/grandson Lyle Berman took over as Wilson was faltering and built it back up- then Lyle started in Indian gaming, then Grand Casino was born. He hit the gulf coast; came in and bought the Stratosphere in Las Vegas. Vintage Leather coats have good value- some luggage as well. How do I know all this? I met him when he started in Indian gaming management firm - spent quite some time in Minnetonka, Minnesota during the the beginnings. Spent time in Gulfport, MS for that project. Yep, was there in Vegas with stratosphere negotiations. What memories!! My fiancé at the time was the CFO of Grand. Lots of parties, lots of fun. Lyle was brilliant in business. Lovely person too. 😊 Thanks for that memory.

I had to laugh when you mentioned dorm rooms. I watch a couple go dumpster diving at the colleges in Texas after move out. There are so many microwaves and cookers and little fridges in the dumpster. They do this pretty much all of May and part of June and then they have a big yard sale.
