    My friend this is such a brilliant idea. But I wish you had shown (at 4:50 mins) the battery charged level after full charged, so that we could know exactly how much the battery charged up to, before the alarm was triggered. Thks for the video anyway.

      Not with this circuit, as it provides 500ma for 1 cell.

    Do you have a video made on how to make the same circuit, but with 5v input to the 3.7v battery? So that the charging takes place faster. Charging with 4.2v takes a very long time.

      Yes buzzer is just to alarm, without buzzer yellow full led will glow when battery is fully charged,
      To connect charging led check schematic diagram given in video as well as download link is in description.

      Yes, it will charge, but will take longer as current will be not enough

    TİP41C .60 A
    2N2222 .42 A
    BDX53C .21 A
    BC 547 .23 A
    BC 337 .53 A
    TIP41C gives the best results

      If charger is off and battery is connected, tl431 will nit allow transistor to open, So battery charge will mow flow reverse.

      Cảm ơn bạn tôi thay điện trở 47ohm xuống còn 33ohm thì dòng sạc sẽ nhanh hơn chứ và liệu khi pin đầy thì nó có báo chính xác dung lượng pin và đèn có sáng không và nếu bỏ còi buzzer đi thì nó còn hoạt động không

    I implemented that circuit as you did and it was connected to a mobile charger but the circuit output was only 3.3 volts and it did not give me 4.2 volts, can you help me

      If you used same value Resistors than output should be 4.2, Also make sure TL431 is worky.

      You can use other simlar transistors by taking care of pin-outs, but not bc547 or other small package transistors as they cannot handle higher currents to battery.

      Nope, absolutely not TL431 is ic or adjustable zener diode, it is not Transistor, it comes with different codes, TL431, KA431, 431
