Yes buzzer is just to alarm, without buzzer yellow full led will glow when battery is fully charged, To connect charging led check schematic diagram given in video as well as download link is in description.
The performance of the NPN transistors used in this circuit will be as follows. j 13003 .13 A BD 139 .53 A 2DS362 .50 A TİP41C .60 A 2N2222 .42 A BDX53C .21 A BC 547 .23 A BC 337 .53 A TIP41C gives the best results

You can use other simlar transistors by taking care of pin-outs, but not bc547 or other small package transistors as they cannot handle higher currents to battery.

If charger is off and battery is connected, tl431 will nit allow transistor to open, So battery charge will mow flow reverse.

Nope, absolutely not TL431 is ic or adjustable zener diode, it is not Transistor, it comes with different codes, TL431, KA431, 431
