Delicious Strawberry Cheesecake Cookies!

I am sitting down to film again this weekend (I needed the break having a lot of projects on my plate lol) but let's be honest these dessert recipes are still really good. This one is 100% a favorite of mine, I love cookies and I LOVE cheesecake so why not some Strawberry Cheesecake Cookies! When you make these they will be a total hit! 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 Cup Butter, Softened
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
Frosting:
4 oz. Cream Cheese, Softened
1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
