I somehow just remember knowing him before I even knew kpop was a thing way back in like 2012. Back in the day when I didn't know about his career I thought he was a top socialite like Paris Hilton or the Kardashians, you know typical household names that you just know of because they seem to be that high-up in the society ladder, the type of people that you'd see attend prestigious shows and posing with Karl Lagerfeld. Of course the main difference is that Paris Hilton or the Kardashians aren't much without capitalizing off their parents, G Dragon made it up there by himself with his raw talent and determination. You bet I instantly became a fan of him once I started to find out more about his career, what a true icon.

Watch this or the full documentary and see how much hard work, pain and tears he's had to put in. I honestly don't know how he lasted through all that pressure and hardships at such a young age. I am grateful he did because kpop would be so different without him, but I really hope he can find his own happiness too! I mean truly be happy! Because while fame and money and fans are good, that does not equal true happiness necessarily. I hope he will have more freedom and be together with a person that loves the real him, not just the stage image, and makes him happy! Wish him all the best! He is such a good soul!
