Keep up the good work. I jump on my home treadmill every morning at 5 am to get in my first 45 minutes of cardio and get my body going. A good Epsom salt water soak for the feet is always good.
WTG! Soon you'll notice some distance to the bike's petrol tank! Trying to acomplish a new year's resolution is really something! I need to start doing something as well, but I'm still lazy about it.
I do 2 hours through the forest every morning at 6am in the summer and 7am in the winter. I do another 2 after dinner at 6pm. I also have a home gym and do 30 mins of rowing daily on the machine as well as some light weights. It consumes a lot of time and is a bit of a chore sometimes. I found being retired helps with this significantly. I do not count steps, but I assume I get to the 20K target or more. If you want to lose weight with this, you should go before breakfast and after dinner - making sure that dinner is a small meal and lunch is the main meal of the day. Keeping hydrated during the walks is also important for fat burn.
Given up the beer and got on the e-bike, 3 1/2 stone gone in 4 months, another 3 stone to go, then I’ll get back on the beer, but only a day a week.
Just diagnosed with blood pressure and diabetes, walking and keto diet, doctor berg , 18st to 16,7 st in amonth
Yeah... I have high blood pressure and I'm 'pre-diabetic'... needs sorting out.

20k steps is about 9kms did it for a month and i am 57 and it takes a while to recover.
I lost 20 kilos just by diet and walking keep it up
Good for your health but what you eat is 90%+ of your desire to eat and your fat storage.
The key to losing fat is your insulin concentration in your blood = as low as possible..
No processed carbs, and no sugar.
To lose weight quickly stop bread, potato, rice. pasta, cereal.
Both of these reduce hunger while eaing well and to full satisfaction.
Eat bacon, eggs and sausage for breakfast at 10 am and a big meal 6-7 hours later. which leaves two fasting windows of 6 hours and 17 hours where insulin drops to very low levels where your body burns fat.
What are house rental prices like in Travenca de Lagos?
It's quite diffult to find rentals. Haven't really seen any around here.
Irish logic says that you`d do it quicker if ya had longer legs lol or if there was two of ya it would only be 10k steps each
