Today, I found out randomly that my husband signed the divorce papers without any qualms for what I was asking, which was such a blessing! It has been nearly 2 years of grief, depression, and heartbreak, confusion, and betrayal. I feel so much that this time has finally ended. I also reduced medications I was taking and have leaned into vegan supplements to treat certain symptoms more holistically. The supplements came in the mail today! I also joined a Tai Kwon Do class and had our first session tonight. It was the first time in years that I really focused on moving my body, and I feel so happy. I am trying to live a cleaner, more authentic, and happy life while balancing multiple roles. I do have worries about money and whether I will ever find true love and marriage again. I was in hospital today (throat problems) and the consultant immediately said to me I've been 'projecting my voice' (I now need an operation).
He said I need to zip it up and not speak, to rest my throat until it heals. He literally told me not to talk to people. He meant it in a kind way and I felt understood, perhaps for the first time in my life.
This was such a wierd (and amazing) experience, as for many years I've been told I have a really soft, quiet voice, and to "speak my truth loud and proud".
Someone told me the other day they love listening to me, and my voice is "like velvet."

Oh my word thank you when you mentioned anger I had a major purge of this even telling my team I had had enough I wanted to stop my spiritual journey as I was not getting anywhere I was sick of people taking advantage of me, I was raging & crying without a reason, told anyone who contacted me I would not be working again. Then I woke up one day & apologised in a ritual I did not know why I was feeling like this I asked for a release of this anger & I'm so much calmer now. I have not had anger like that for years. WOW😭 I just got off the phone with my mom and we have both been going through this without knowing it the past couple days and I wasn’t sure if I have been feeling someone else’s emotions because It’s not a norm for me anymore.
