I came out of meditation to this video and it’s reflecting my experience. I also was crying this morning feeling sadness for my inner child and wanting to honor her feelings. The swaying between seen and unseen sounds similar to my meditation on the emptiness of the mind. Two sides of the same coin. The mind knows what it wants because of the potential of the mind to change-because if it’s emptiness or potential. The vascilating is healthy I think to keep us from attaching to one story too strongly. Maybe Follow your dreams and goals and let their potential be in flux in order to protect others minds. I do some very intense evolutionary work with my spiritual group and it has me often coming back to the drawing board of who I truly am and how I am to express that, which sometimes comes with a semi turbulent identity crisis. I feel like that pendulum has swung to a place of self assurance and for the most part, having an unwavering understanding of who that is. My man has not yet spiritually woke. I'm moving in with him, and he has a beautiful yard and garden. He accepts all of this process even though he doesn't fully understand it. Being with him challenges me to stand firm in my sense of Divine self. He travels for business every couple of weeks, I'm taking him to the airport on Wed.
