    Oh no, I'm watching this while making lobster stock for some lobster pasta later, where I planned to use parmesan... Ha.... This idea seems interesting, I'd love to try it with a cheese foam and I like your quick suggestion to try the foam in a jigger first... On Mother's Day, my wife grabbed the iSi and spattered it everywhere...

    This is really interesting. I like the idea but the texture throws me a bit. Having said that its time to really explore this.

    LIVIO!!! This was awesome!!! Ive tried this cocktail, and i didn't think it was bad at all!!! I liked the texture of the cheese, and it offered a nice saltiness to the sip. Id def make this again!!! CHEERS big brother!!!
