In order to keep our recommendations up to date, we maintain a 'Buyer's Guide' (with a wide spectrum of models, and a lot of technical and lifestyle-related information). Organizing our recommendations this way makes it easier to include good models that we haven't made review-videos for yet, as well as to remove models which have developed unforeseen wear-issues over time, or which have been weakened by the manufacturer in their current iterations. You can access the guide (in addition to our 4-part video series on Choosing the Right Stroller for your Lifestyle, and other helpful content), as well as contact us directly on Patreon: www.patreon.com/posts/stroller-buyers-37953864 These materials are also available via channel membership on RUclips: www.youtube.com/@BarnevognverkstedNo/membership , and BuyMeaCoffee: buymeacoffee.com/thestrollerworkshop
Nanny of 12 years here, so I've used 100s of strollers. I love this stroller but some note worthy cons for me are: 1.Extremely heavy, even to push up hill with 1 small baby. 2. As quite a short person (5'1) the handle was a bit awkwardly high, but I imagine it's brilliant for taller parents ❤ 3. The loss of storage can really be frustrating at times 4. Even when folded in separate parts, I found it awkwardly and clumsy to carry, but that might be more because of my short stature 😅. 5. Even with the seats above the other this is a very big stroller. Other than that it's amazing, good quality, sturdy, good suspension and looks beautiful! Hope this helps someone. ❤
I’ve been waiting for this review. I’m glad it came! I went ahead and bought the stroller before getting your opinion on it. I bought it thinking I would use it in Oslo but ended up moving to Bodø (north of Norway with lots of snow). I can see how it would be great in Oslo using mostly public transportation. I don’t get as much use of it in Bodø as I would in Oslo, but it’s so nice te be able to have both kids in the stroller. About the handle bar in the seat. If you click on the gray button after opening it then you can move down and out of the way. It took us time to find that feature but we were relieved when we did. The handle that moves the seat up and down has also gotten very stuck after only 5 months of use. As in it’s difficult to get it to click to move the seat. Other than that we’re very happy about how lightweight it is and easy to maneuver. We used to have a baby jogger that was quite heavy despite being a single stroller. Do you guys happen to offer maintenance of strollers in Bodø?😄
Thanks for your insights and the tip on the bumper bar. :) I've never been that far north, but I can guess there's probably a bit less getting around on foot. I would try spraying some wd-40 inside around the adjusment flap on the seat frame. We're only in Oslo, but if you need help, I would recommend asking at your local bicycle shop (it's the same sort of work, and there are lots of handy craftsmen in Norway). Note that forbruksloven gives you 5 years on any issue though, so if a problem seems like it will need more than just a little lubrication, it's best to go back to the distributor first. :)
Hi mate. Do you have comparison and recommendations between Thule Urban Glide 3 Mountain Buggy Terrain Uppababy Ridge Possibly other similar ones. İf these are practical from newborn and as a single pram with a car lifestyle.
