🚄 INFORMATION KEY
Train Numbers - e.g. 43032 or 800110 - These are train numbers which are specific to that train. No trains can be numbered the same. Locos are 5 digit numbers where the first two numbers are the class of train e.g. 67010 would be a class 67. Multiple Units are 6 digit numbers where the first three numbers are the class of train e.g. 390154 would be a class 390. Click Here to learn more
➤ en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TOPS#TO...
Headcodes - e.g. 1F32 or 5M00 - These are used by the railway signallers to determine where trains are on the network. Every train within a region has a specific four code ID. Click Here to learn more
➤ en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Train_r...
Set Number - e.g. WB64 or NL04 - These are semi-permanent loco hauled coach formations which are kept together for formalities. The first two letters usually indicate the maintenance depot responsible e.g. OC is Old Oak Common, LA is Laira. The number indicates the rake number.
🚄 ABOUT ME
Hello everyone, I’m StarlifeStudios and my passion is to experience and video railway stations across the United Kingdom at both small and large locations, but, with an informative twist! My videos are also designed as a historical reference for the days of the past and to reminisce about the way things were. Join me as I continue to travel and be sure to let me know if you’d like me to video at your favourite or local station. Авто/Мото
Extremely wonderfully put together…Something very special about watching trains in the rain! Awesome ❤
Glad you enjoyed it Duaine! I cant say I had the same amount of enjoyment whilst getting wet but my accomplice helped me stay dry a lot 😃 ❤
@@StarlifeStudios Really appreciate your work!! Always 💯😃
Great video the train at the very start was fabulous
Thanks! 😃
I seam to love your new videos
Great video the 4k really makes a difference....
Nice video
Thanks 😃
We're the first 2 class 20s the ones you filmed at Leamington Spa? They look like it. Was that an ex Mark 3 (sleeper?) coach on that train too? Nice to see a number of operators like TFW, Colas, Cross County and others. Great to see a class 60 from DB in there too.
If you don't have one, you should consider having a shorts channel for any standout trains you film. Great video as usual, you never disappoint!
Yep! There certainly aren't as many 20s in traffic so these four are the most common. I've considered a shorts channel before and I may make one 😃
I was at Gloucester train station yesterday and seen 3 freight trains
Excellent action at Gloucester, nice freight trains
Nice one
Thanks for watching 😃
Cool!
lol that 70 at the end made you jump, great video thanks for sharing
It certainly did! No problem, glad you enjoyed WMR.
Nice one mate
Thanks for the visit today Arnold 😃
Epic work
Fabulous catch of the tribute tour with class 20s! I saw that myself at Stafford!
Thanks Jay, hopefully they made a bit more noise at Stafford 😃
Great video!
Awesome video
Lordss the 20s, very nice
Awesome
Greetings from Lanzarote! Great video and great footage like always
Thank you very much Huddersfield Trains! 😃
Another excellent railway video mate.
Kind Regards Imperialist 😃
Well, words cannot describe on just how epic this trainspotting session has been for you. Truly outstanding is one of many words to describe it. By the way, love the class 20's at the start of the video :-)
Thanks Ricky, glad I picked this day but slightly frustrated that the Colas 70 was sooooooo late 😉
Great video at Gloucester 😎👍🏽 i used to love the loco swaps at Gloucester in the 1980’s on XC services which used to reverse there…great days 😀👍🏽🎉
Great beginning to a rainy day
Love to go to Gloucester. Very nice station and lots of trains as well. Including the heritage trains. Very nice. 😊
Thanks a lot 😊
Great
Thanks Tothy 😃
Finally a Gloucester one
Glad I could provide Shadowofchaos 😃
How the hell do these vids have such quality I tried and it definitely wasn't as good as starlifestudios, you deserve more subs
Hi Masked, I have an extremely tried and tested filming method which has been built on since 2015. I encourage you to go back to my videos from 2015 through to 2019, some of them were terrible! My point really is that it's something you have to work on, after all, you didn't run before you could walk! Hope this helps, let me know if you need any specific help, I'm always a comment away 😃
@@StarlifeStudios 2015 and 2019 were the great times
I wish I’d of done more filming looking back Madeline!
@@StarlifeStudios why didn't you do much videos in 2015 and 2019?
@@StarlifeStudios you are right, I just need to work on it more, I have only done a few videos anyway, and I prob need a better camera!
A really good video, have you thought of doing a video at Chesterfield? You get EMR, XC and Northern services and a good selection of freight services
I have! I am waiting for a weekday when I can also film a charter train and ROG 37. All being well, it should be early next year Stephen. Thanks for the suggestion, I've been a little lacking on the MML recently.
@@StarlifeStudios I have spent many hours on there back in the day though my favourite place in the 80's was the site of the old Clay Cross Station, the amount of coal and steel passing through was amazing. The Lackenby to Corby tubeliner was a common sight as well as a lot of quarry traffic from the Buxton area. Countless MGR services with class 20's 56's and 58's as well as western region hst's on the cross country services
Cool
Great Video as always, please can you do Lincoln at some point?
Funnily enough, I have actually filmed at Lincoln and you can see a small segment of it in the most recent 'Trains at Retford' video. I decided that the video was not entertaining enough for the entire thing to be published. I will definately return but I guess its best on a weekday! 😃
Nice video! Swansea services diverted i assume?
Yep! I picked a day with diversions and engineering trains 😃
What editor do you use because your videos are amazing
I use Cyberlink Powerdirector for clip editing, Adobe Photoshop for thumbnails and Adobe After Effects for information cards, intro and outro. Hope this helps 😃
@@StarlifeStudios Thanks it definitely did
how long are the platforms at Gloucester ?
603m the second-longest platform in the UK.
Third yaay
Where's your intro?
It’s there, just keep watching 😃
@@StarlifeStudios oh ok
