These all look amazing. In my opinion, best to worst: Carrot walnut cake: Carrot cake, nuts and cream cheese? YES PLEASE. I know you said it was heavy, but I can't get over the combo of flavours and the amazing sounds! Black sesame cheesecake: Sooo creamy; and I love the change in pace due to savouriness of black sesame. It didn't look like a cheesecake, but it still looks very tasty! Tiramisu tart: I love the chocolate and mascarpone combo. The brownie filling makes it even better. I don't love the sound as much but it still looks delicious!! Chocolate cake: It's delicious, but a bit simple compared to the other 3! Still looks great Baumcuhen: I love the amount of cream, but the flavors are not my fave! I'd still eat it deliciously haha
