    Sir after cauterisation , will there be any impairment in bone healing?
    And , is apicosectomy done after every enucleation?

    • @msdentallectures7408
      @msdentallectures7408  3 года назад +1

      not much problem with bone healing ...generally, apicectomy is done after enucleation when teeth are retained

    at what time removing of teeth be compasory when you are doing enucleation??

    • @msdentallectures7408
      @msdentallectures7408  3 года назад +2

      1. when it become mobile (grade 2/3) due to bone loss
      2. if the teeth is located within the cystic cavity
      3. when it is not suitable for restoration, endodontically or prosthetically
      4. other reasons - supernumerary / impacted teeth etc..

    How enucleation results in pathological fracture of mandible sir

    • @msdentallectures7408
      @msdentallectures7408  4 года назад +1

      Extremely large mandibular cysts destruct most of the bone including lower border of the mandible in cyst region....so while attempting to separate cyst lining from underlying bone, due to that pressure it may result in fracture

    Sir what is the clinical importance of true cyst and pseudo cyst sir

    • @msdentallectures7408
      @msdentallectures7408  4 года назад +1

      diagnosis of true cyst or pseudocyst is done histopathologically...clinically there is no significant difference between the two...
