How did Conner not get that labyrinth reference?! That’s one of the best parts! That construct is super OP! Literally ONLY if you hate your players should anyone ever use it 😂 I love these monster mash episodes so much! They’re such a fun idea and it’s awesome seeing creatures I haven’t seen before. And it’s so fun watching you guys play!
Ya, Connor's was pretty crazy powerful! I had never even heard of it before this episode. I'm glad you enjoyed it though! I also really like the Monster Mash episodes, they are always super fun and you never know what will happen!
I was pretty sure I knew what Conner was and then he said wildmount… I had a feeling he would win. It took a wizard, a rogue, a barbarian, a warlock, a cleric, a monk, and a blood hunter to take one of these puppies down. Matt Mercer indeed sent this to kill the party. Good pick Conner. Now everyone knows you’re in it to win it. The next round is going to be epic! When Tyson got the magic item I thought that would have balanced things a little, but alas more resistances. I don’t think it will have changed the outcome much because Conner had so much damage out put, but a round is 6 seconds and if it had been only 6 rounds that’s 36 seconds not a minute. Could have had haste up for 4 more rounds. I loved the gith! Super cool concept! Averaging 75 points of damage a round is wild! Shame about the immunities! Zane I totally would have picked a hydra too! So cool! It is a shame that you always have the slowest move speed! Adult dragons are CR 16 if you need any ideas for something that can move a little faster and Fizban’s Treasury of dragons has a lot of unique dragon ideas. Fun episode everyone! Loved that you all wanted to win, but had fun in the process!
That's crazy that you guessed Connor's monster so early! I had never heard of it until this episode. But honestly I think everyone made some great picks for this round! I think both the Gith gish and the hydra were great choices, that honestly would have done amazing in any other round. But sadly, Connor's was just too good! Haha! But I'm glad you enjoyed it!
