@45:45 - my Ferrum Stinger has titanium button stick issues too. At this point im going to do a bit of imprecise dremeling as the graphite "trick" only revealed that theres a tiny hot spot that the button makes contact within the plunge.
Sharpie on that plunge and you might find the same thing.
Titanium and button locks are not where its at
Try using a Dremel polishing pad, the tapers pointy sort with some metal polishing compound first before doing something more permanent with the Dremel, polish the surface of the button that make contact with the blade, and also the place on the blade that contact the button in the open and closed position, it'll remove minimum material, smoothen off any burrs and stuff from the manufacturing process and smoothen the contact surfaces, also consider the button spring, I reduced the tension in mine by squeezing it together with a pair of pliers just in small increments till I found the sweet spot, the spring pushing the button very hard into the blade surfaces could be contributing factor to the stick due to the friction, reducing that tension will reduce friction, don't reduce too much or you'll loose the right detent for a nice deployment. Worked for me on a CJRB s90v frack with titanium scales, and the kansept shikari sbl button lock, with a blade coating (extra thickness, so polishing Dremel removed coating and smoothen things) just my experiences and opion in my circumstances, hope it helps you out
Easy solution for that button stick is a garbage can.
Please, let me just be in denial
Man up and make a baby stache…..😂
