You have to play celia's route, get the ginger ale from vending machine and then after getting the donuts you need to go in the locker room (to which you get a key from the first room) and drink the alcohol from the desk the whole time. When your sanity is low, drink the ginger ale and keep chosing the same option from the desk. After a few tries you should get a piece of paper with fox and then you unlock the dlc.
