Why are you listing his diseases
Nobody has ever made my skin crawl the way Homelander does. It's such a relief to see interviews with Antony Starr to reinforce that the actor is nothing like the character he plays because Homelander truly is a terrifying antagonist/villain.
It’s because at any second you know he can tear someone in half or laser someone in the face or even make someone do something they don’t want to do for fear of being suddenly and brutally maimed or killed - you just expect him to do something terrible when he’s onscreen and fear for everyone in the scene with him
Hannibal and Villanelle to Will and Eve : "You're just like me, you're out of mind, i know it's strange, but both crazy kind, you're telling me that i'm insane, boy don't pretend that you don't love the pain".
Villanelle : "Sweet but psycho", this woman is truly dangerous, the fact that she uses her bisexual charm to get her victims, men and women, makes her even more scary
Yes, Jodie Comer plays her extremely well, I love her cat and mouse game with Sandra Oh. Shame about the disappointing ending, though.
I love this list, but I think it needs to be the Mojo Top 50 TV Psychopaths. You could add Ramsey & Cersei, The Trinity Killer from "Dexter" and more. In "Criminal Minds" Mark Hamill plays The Replicator: A killer uses the M.O.s of other killers the B.A.U. already to go on a bloody copycat rampage. His bat crap CRAZY reason for all the carnage was he worked as an FBI agent, but he was passed over a position in the behavioral unit. It's like: "you guys won't let in the club, now I've gotta kill people and undo all the good you've done!"
Surprised Ramsay Bolton wasn't in this list. He made Joffrey look like an angel.

I truly believe that Ramsey is more of a sociopath. All of the stuff he does, to not be a bastard. Obviously, it is more than just that, but it stems from that in my belief.
Antony Starrs portrayal of Homelander is amazing. You hate him, but also feel sorry. After watching Banshee(with Starr), my appreciation for his work quadrupled! He uses his eyes different, almost looks like a different man!

Psychotic is not the same as psychopathic… Psychopaths are usually not suffering from psychotic episodes, they’re fully conscious of what they are doing.
The psychopath who hosted several seasons of the reality show "The Apprentice" is scary.
Trinity Killer from Dexter should be on here
Ramsey was worse than Joffrey. He tortured people for years. Completely stripped them of their identity and tortured them before killing them.. To me that is worse than just killing someone.
In time Joffrey probably would have become just as evil.

I would like to mention Patty Hewes of "Damages". Glenn Close can always portray the fatally attractive monster who happens to deceive before she even appears. Great writing for a legal drama/thriller

Homelander - Watching him let a plane of innocent people die with a smile on his face, lasering an entire crowd, embrassing & murdering all the scientists at The Vought Laboratory, & trying to manipulate his son to be just like him. Homelander deserves to be on this list.

They find out her mother has been visiting a psychopath in prison. She was checking him to get better insights into her own daughter. Her daughter eventually murders her. She wanted her father (military man on deployment) to raise her. Show has had a few psychopaths, but there’s just something really disturbing about a child psychopath.
I think they should have put Brian moser than saxton Brian gave me more a psychopathic vibe more than even trinity:He wasn't really a psychopath tho he knew what he was doing and never liked it even try to take his own life he couldn't control him self. Psychopaths have no regrets or remorse and take delight in thier plesures. EVEN ON his death bed he was asking dexter if he enjoys killing saying dexter is sick for doing so.

Sorry, but Thanos was not a psychopath. He really cared about his cause. Ok, he didn't care about eradicating 1/2 of life from the Universe, but he truly believed he was doing what needed to be done for the whole Universe to thrive. He Definitely wasn't a psychopath
Maybe I'm the fucked up one but I never saw Frank Underwood as psychotic. Just a driven man that wont let anything stop him. Easily one of my favorite characters in television... I miss him dearly.

What you said for Dexter, is impossible. You cannot overcome Psychopathy. Maybe Sociopathy... Except they are now under the same name. I know this is a show however, in your research you should acknowledge facts or not speculate.
While someone like Homelander is scary, I think that someone like Lalo Salamanca and Villanelle are scarier.
I've met some antisocial and sociopathic people in real life. The thing is: the more aggressive and impulsive they are, the less likely you're to encounter them! It's quite simple: they get arrested and or someone has enough of them and puts them out of action for good!
Thus, you might meet them when they're still kids and way under their maximum threat level...
Meanwhile, master manipulators and people who are smart and have good control over their emotions can thrive in our society. You never know if you're their target or not. If someone threatens you with violence, that's something you can deal with to some extent, but a woman ruining everything with a whisper is something on a different level...
Have you seen Lorne Malvo from Fargo he gives Lalo a run for his money dude is littlery the closest thing to satan not because he doesn't just do horrific things but he like turning ppl into monsters and he could say hi to you then kill you with out a moments notice his goal isn't just to make ppl suffer but to spread it once you watch it you will see what I mean
