Well done lad, I imagine you get a lot of people seeing you initially and thinking "what could this little §#!+ possibly have to say of any value", well I'm glad you proved me wrong, very complete and well demonstrated research and examples, good on ya mate, you taught me something today of great value! I'm gonna buy a cobra ultra right now.
Thaks for your review mate. does the antidog really works? I have been using the Arena Swedix for years, but as usual the antifog is just bullshit, and it's getting anoying to get a new glasses every two months
personally I prefer the Cobra ultras because they are really easy to clean, slightly more comfortable due to the stability of the extended sides. Both are excellent goggles but I just like the design and overall look of the Arena Cobra Ultra's.
I bought and returned the same day the speedo fastskin googles for cobra ultra. They are cheaper but you dont get the stability and a wide field of view as cobra ultra.
Hi, incredible video! I am planning to buy my first expensive goggles and I can't decide between Ultra Swipe and Core Swipe. As I've read so far, the only difference between them is the extended sides and the lower profile on the sides of the goggles at Ultra. I was thinking Core Swipe would be a better fit for training but in the video you've said that Ultra's are really comfortable for training too and now I don't really know which one to buy. What do you think?
When I went to buy the Ultra’s 2 years ago online I accidentally ordered the core which I sent back in exchange for the Ultra. When I tried the core on they where very comfortable and a great pair of goggles for training or even racing. Personally because the price is so similar I would get the Ultras as the extended sides are great for stability when swimming or diving in. If you can I’d recommend trying both on before making a decision.
@@xtremewheelzandmore8167 Hi, I just got the Ultra's and I can for certain say that I made the right choice. They are just the perfect goggles. Thank you though :D
Hi, very useful video. Would you say that they are still relevant today, as I’m unsure if there are better pairs of goggles on the market so would you say they are still worth the buy ?
They are definitely worth the price and still incredibly relevant/unique today, not really any other goggle has been better since they came out. They should also last at least 2 years.
@@xtremewheelzandmore8167 what in the world? It cost $80,5 for the swipe one in Indonesia. And that's why I took the one without the swipe feature that cost $40,3

Great review. Are they still best in 2023?

Arena ultra cobra swipe mirror or speedo fastskin hyper elite mirror?
Do you think that these are better than the speedo fastskin goggles? And why?

Are they suitable for swimming in the sea ?
they can be used but it will definitely shorten their lifespan from deterioration.
Arena makes another model made for open water swimming with the same swipe coating
Arena makes the Cobra trip swipe which are never for open water swimming

Absolutely!
Is this good for outdoor pool? Or only for indoor?
Depends on the color, silver for outdoor, yellowish/emerald for indoor
