Make sure to sleep 8 hrs a day if you make ur study sessions too long you will burn out for sure so remember to take breaks and reduce it 12 a hours a day for studies 👍all the best to start the challenge . I'm also going to start from tomorrow 🎉

I have different view. Beginners/diseases prone/not active for many years etc these people should not go aggressive for 75days. This is not like reading 75books in 75days or no fap for 75days or no lavish spend for 75days. First everyone needs to understand their body ,each body is different. So I strongly recommend anyone to spend atleast 6months to set your diet,sleep patternmental and physical health.. if u like run,reach 5k 10k ..cycling 40 to 50k, weight lift - familiar with all weigh and bodyweight exercise.. if you are older definitely do a body checkup .. after all take this challenge !! Sudden intense workouts for 75days without rest is not good for a beginner or if u unaware of any existing diseases in ur body.
