The ending of 'The OC' is a clear message telling you that you must be the adult you needed as a child, which is why I love this series so much, among many other reasons.
No one speaks abt how important Sandy and kiersten were to this show they always showed how everything comes after giving pur children the right values thats why apart from eye candy performances i love this show ut remonds me so much how my parents and the sacrifices they had to make for me and my sister but didnt ever look at those as sactifices they looked at it as gifts and blessings ❤❤❤
Season One remains one of the greatest first seasons (really any season) if TV in history. Sadly I never been able to make it through S3. Despite how many times I’ve rewatched S1. Music on this show was fire.
I don't watch seasons 3 or 4. I watched them originally first run but hindsight says season 3 had so many twists and turns it ruined the show. Season 4 minus Marissa was a letdown.
I enjoyed season 4 simply because it was more relaxed than the other seasons. I really enjoyed seeing the characters happier and going through semi-normal issues. As opposed to the constant over the top drama of the earlier seasons. It was a great goodbye.
GOOSEBUMPS… year after year, every scene, every season (yes the fourth isn’t perfect but some things are very good) every “important” scene… this is THE SERIES with The Sopranos and Gossip Girl. Fun edit: Always want a Summer Roberts in my life… one day maybe
Ok so I was a newborn when the O.C. came out so I’m not nostalgic but I recently watched it and the scene in 6:00 just gets me like why did they have to put the flash back not only that but when summer gave Julie the locket necklace on her wedding day. They don’t make shows like they used to and I hate that.
Ryan had it hard, got put to jail temporarily due to the house accidentally catching fire by him and a newish friend. But his brother at the very start planned the car stealing doing, which he was actually guilty. But Ryan shouldn’t of ended up in jail even for those 30 days.

I can’t believe the OC is 20 years old. I still remember watching it on TV like it was yesterday. I also still remember when the 80s was 20 years ago.
Same
Was it really 20 year old now? I would of said 15
Marissa screaming at the poolside is ICONIC.
yessssss

But they made mistakes too so we knew they were human ❤
Best Show of all time. No questions.
So many great memories with this show.

S3 was so forgettable but S4 was actually pretty good only difference is Marissa that's the only difference
Season 3 was when the writing went to shit I don’t blame you.
I watched the series again this year and I always come to the same conclusion, for me this series ends with season 3.

My teenage years' best show, it will always be special for me.
The Distance moment was totally emotional... epic!!
The OC and Smallville made up my high school years and youth! How I miss those days 😢.
I still watch season 1 & 4 on regular basis while doing some work around the house.
why skip 2 and 3?
Season 4 🛌
The music and the drama … The OC 🧡🧡🧡🧡
Best show ever
I watched season 1 and 2 on HBOMax.......it was and is my guilty pleasure.
The countdown, best scene ever
This hit me with the Feels!
Still the best show ever!
So weird that Ben wound up playing Jim Gordon in Gotham. Cool, but weird. The fact that this show is 20 years old makes me feel old.

My heart shkes with every memory. Pure nostalgia. One of the best series I've ever watched
2:00 the best episode and moment imo.

A SNL sketch snuck in there.
Not sure why they killed off Marissa in season 3 . Season 4 kinda had no reason
Agreed
It was the dumbest mistake in the history of television and I still haven't watched season 4.
She wanted to leave
I've missed Jhony's death scene 😢
I liked this show then it slowly got bad. Then they killed the character you hated but was important to the show.
Isn’t telenovela the one on season 2 when they do the whole spiderman kiss? Yeah I think it is.
Yes
5:12 SNL ruined that scene for me forever xD i cannot even XD
Marissa❤️
It was so rushed after season2
What ❓❓ is that Olivia Wild
Marissa was never hot.
