Chef Lee Hongjun is such a softieeeee. He's so comfortable to watch. It feels like you know him very well already. So nice and considerate. Love him!!
Chef's son is so freaking cute!! He is talented, has amazing personality and is even a good leader to this teammates. We need more of him on the show
Chef Lee went up against Gordon Ramsay so he's like the best of the best in Korea... Of course his son is going to feel all the pressure to be better... But sometimes parents should just let their children do their own thing... ☺

the son's spicy eggplant is so similar to the Chinese Yu Xiang Qie Zi (fish fragrance eggplant) which doesn't contain fish or fish sauce but exactly his recipe, but the final drizzle of another chilli oil is such a genius move and made it different/ stand out!
I love the father-son relationship and I hope their business continue to grow~

Idc if its meant to be a joke but the fact that sometimes the bosses doesnt even laugh at his comments is just sad, he’s attacking them too much, he should know off better as a host esp bc he knows nothing about their profession

The words were between parentheses, meaning they were translating the written words on the screen, not what anybody was saying. If you watch Korean variety a lot, you'll notice that there are always words popping up on the screen. It's all because they always add written commentary to whatever is happening.

When chef was marinating the pork cutlets, thats when the pepper and soy sauce should've only showed up. I kept reading it through the whole vid by accident, thinking someone was saying something.

Oh dear, I won't be able to choose for sure. Both are my extreme fav. I'm Chinese working in Singapore. If I have a choice ,I would have eaten chicken/pork cutlet and mapo brinjal every day. These are available almost anywhere in Singapore but I really really wanna go there and try their version. My next trip to SK, I'll make sure to drop by his restaurant.

Its not that the portion is small but the fact that they eat a lot. Kind of annoyed that they complained that the portion is so small

i have a wok and always cook with it but no, never want to shake it. too troublesome for me. just stir the food quickly

Ikr, since the wok is already heavy, and they cook multiple servings at a time, the wok actually becomes even heavier. I find it amusing seeing them shaking the wok like that😲😲😵

When I was young I wanted to be an ambassador n live nomaden in every countries. When I a lil bit older I wanted to be a football reporter n can watch World Cup live n free. When I became older I wanna be a chef but then I know that is not that easy even to be a cook. You need extra power n mental. I'm watching this and I realized that being a kindergarten teacher is just suitable job for me (I'm no longer a KG teacher now, I'm a house wife)

LG sakers didnt do well in the leauge ,they were in the 2nd last position before the leauge stopped due to the virus ,but key players like sirae was injured during the season ,so maybe that's why they had a dip in form

seeing that the muscle crew struggle to ride 6km by bike made me realize that they really are in a confined place called metropole. Cities in my country are really wide spread and there's biking lanes everywhere, the distance they did in almost 1h I totally ride in half the time

There are times Hyunmoo's "joke" are over exaggerated and most of the time is disrespectful to the bosses.. Yes I get that he's the MC of the show but he should know if the joke is not crossing the line. I also feel uncomfortable whenever he laughs like he's taunting the bosses. I dont know if that's the kind of image he wants to portray or he's just like that

I have a rule when it comes to me eating any kind and form of noodles is that i dont cut them w my teeth. When it enters my mouth, it will keep going until the noodle strands end.

there are different methods of supervision and results. this has been proved my elton mayo's Hawthorne experiments.
Such hawk eye supervision does put any worker in a tight situation. even an experienced surgeon will start fumbling if he/she is put under tight supervision of a senior or a patient's kin. This kind of supervision is usually not very desireable. It takes morely the form of an inspection instead of supervision.
For best results it is to believe in your workers, supervise from far and give feedback and then appraisal.
