I have the Hello watch 2 plus for over a year now and the only reason I'll be getting the 3 plus is because the screen shattered on it, still works, but doesn't look good with the broken screen, the one thing I hate about the new version is the color pointer, I hope there is a dial with the old black and white (red seconds needle) available, the new color pointer makes the watch look like a cheap kids watch. Don't know why this watch companies don't let the old features on and just add the new ones to the watch
How do you customize the screen off clock to include the seconds hand
i have a question regarding the sport feature. i use the indoor cycling at the gym, and it starts after 3 seconds, then stops at 1:24 every time. when it stops, the screen shows a screen with 'Lock', 'X' and 'Start' which is very confusing. can you start a new video showing how to effectively use the sport feature???

Explain me Why yours looking so different to mine 3+? Its the Same Color as the normal 3 that i have, i just had the normal rubber strap in the box and which strap is this orange clothe One on yours? Why does the edges Not Holding at the Frame they always get pushed out a Bit its Like that only the middle One is Holding it at the Frame ?

Te consulto. Lo adquirí hace unos días. Por el Apple Store no puedo bajar el qifit. Use el QR de teléfono para bajar una app.
No consigo sincronizar whatsapp, podrás ayudarme?

En el Qfit app esta la seccion que dice "notifications o notificaciones en Español" y de alli escojes cuales notificaciones to quieres recibir
Can this watch be woken up with a screen tap or do you have to touch the button to turn the screen on ?
I noticed the screen tap doesn’t work on mine but I have to raise it to look at it and it does it then.

When I'm not using the phone, the watch turns off its Bluetooth connection after a while. Is there a way to prevent this? Do not disturb mode etc is off.

The Bluetooth option on watch is only to receive calls and use the voice assistant.

Does this watch have sensory notifications such as sitting down too long . Can someone confirm this in comment does it give notifications for this before I buy please ?

There is a section on the menu that you can choose to turn the speaker on
On settings go to sound and notification and turn off "media sound" switch

Sleep tracking is not working
Have you turn it on settings.
In my case it does work.
Make sure on settings the sleep monitoring is on.

I think it only shows what time you fall sleep and what time you get up.
On hello watch 3 it seems like you can do some editing but the true is the plus version it has the software little more finishe it. It that is how it works.
On start time just show you
what time you fall sleep and On end time or wake up, just show you what time you got up.
That does it automatically
Surprisingly Z77 is performed better than hellow 2, hellow 2 is laggy and incosistent
I have the 2 plus for over a year and never had a problem, no lag or inconsistecies
If it were smoother I'd like it more but until then, hk9 ultra 2 is better
