Beautiful collection of Buck drop point knives you’ve acquired!! I’m on my second 503 Prince which I think makes an ideal gentleman’s carry. Thanks for sharing!
The tip on Buck's clip points is what I like best about them. Great for precise work. I haven't managed to break one (knock on wood) in almost 5 decades of use. Those that I have seen broken (all brands) were from prying a stuck paint can lid open or throwing into trees. Not something I do so it's not a concern. Very nice presentation. Thanks for sharing some very nice Buck knives with us.
I was lifted my second buck knife recently. It belonged to the gentleman's father. Idk how old it is. It's got 3 blades on it. Idk anything about it. Buck knives are worth the money and stand the test of time.
Great gift, there should be a number and a symbol stamped on the main blade tang. You can learn the model and year of mfg from an online search. Thank you for the comment

Thank you, and I am guilty of misusing knives as can openers and pry bars in my past life as a welder/metal worker
