I just love when the OG bands put out an album that proves they are still the keepers of their domain and namesake. Every song is a banger on this album.
Wow, TERROR is a Hardcore Icon for a reason. This even more brutal and intense than their previous work. In your face and to the point with no frills this is HARDCORE!!!!!!
I don't know if it's just because I haven't listened to them in a good while or if this one is just a cut above but damn this is the best they've put out in years
@@dirtneck4754 This is def the best they've done in a while because Todd Jones, their OG guitarist came back for this. You can feel his touch on this record. It's sick as fuck.
I'm waiting for my copy to come in the mail being I pre-order it, thanks for putting this album up, you have the best channel for all hardcore around the world. 👊
I can't ever get into this band, slugfest, or despair, but buried alive destroyed, the message and the punchy riffs really hit. It sounded like they were trying to do something similar with track 3 here, but it quickly fell flat.
Had fun moshing to this last year when they toured with Hatebreed. Terror definitley stole show! Great seeing both bands on the same tour again.🤘I remember when Terror was on the rise of brutality tour in 2003...
Boy, these guys have really put "hardcore" into hardcore punk with this album... Raw, angry as never before (as everyone in the comment section have rightly mentioned), heavier than ever and coated in crucial, gritty, oldschool sound. This is not only their most recent record - it does sound new in terms of quality... it's crisp, fresh and vigorous like some debut albums sometimes happen to be. I am glad and proud to say that I've been following Terror since the very beginning, the "Life & Death" EP, and in my opinion they've grown to be the most consistent and pure bands of the genre. I had a chance to see them open for Ignite on their euro tour a couple of years ago and they stole the show imho. Ever since, these guys' sound has matured like good wine - they've kept refinining their formula until they've achieved pure gold! Every album of theirs, despite the trademark traits of the LA veterans' music, has a distinguishable feel to it and makes a nod to particular kind of the hc punk sound; with this one coming as close to crucial / power-violence aesthetics as they ever have. They proclaim themselves the Keepers of the Faith and rightfully so, because that's indeed who they are - with Terror, you always get the best representation of hardcore punk; a beautiful blend of riffs, rhythms and themes that the real fans of the genre shall truly appreciate. As long as we have Terror out there, there is dedication to the scene, love for the sound and hope for the HC punk to prevail! Peace for everyone who made it through my tl;dr ramblings
Paul Zlotucha, original drummer for 2nd wave of N.Y. hardcore band Terrorzone and I played also with our brother band, beat down style Kings, Bulldoze, shout out and say Keepin it Real, What Up Terror, cool to see you got another one out,,,, Hardcore Still Lives.
I think it was Warped Tour '14, it was metalcore heaven with bands like WCAR, MMF, TDWP, ABR, PWD, then Terror came on and I was like "who are these dudes" and younger me wasn't ready for the moshpit. This album seems like a step back in the right direction!
I hope you'll get (or already had) the chance to see them in a real hxc fest with no barriers in front of the stage ! It's the best way to experience a Terror (or every other hxc's band) show
This shit has been in my playlist for 1 month easily. Every time I wanna fire up myself, I play this. Unashamed is such an angry track man... I need to check their old stuff as well.

Wow. Terror dropped a nuclear bomb here. Definitely angrier than most of their previous stuff. That's going on my gym playlist for sure.
PRs will definitely be made when playing this.

I’ve been listening to Terror more than any other band while lifting
Terror is fucking crazy man 20 years and still putting out bangers 🤯

I just love when the OG bands put out an album that proves they are still the keepers of their domain and namesake. Every song is a banger on this album.
Love how they brought back and recorded their old set intro riff 15:35-17:00
Wow, TERROR is a Hardcore Icon for a reason. This even more brutal and intense than their previous work. In your face and to the point with no frills this is HARDCORE!!!!!!
Album has so much teeth. Love it
I don't know if it's just because I haven't listened to them in a good while or if this one is just a cut above but damn this is the best they've put out in years
That's how I'm feeling. This is HEAVY and fast and catchy. I'm going to have to go back and check out the last few releases and see what I'm missing
@@dirtneck4754 This is def the best they've done in a while because Todd Jones, their OG guitarist came back for this. You can feel his touch on this record. It's sick as fuck.
@@tobiascore Yeah, dude. A lot of this screams Nails. But the mix of Todd's style and the rest of the band is too perfect.
it sounds heavier than most of the recent stuffs they released
Total Retaliation is really underrated imo. But literally every album they've put out is great.
This is a instant hardcore classic, amazing album!
This is fucking great. Loved all those older albums, but this is just fucking murder. One of the best records ever made. I fucking love this band!

legends ! i have been a fan of Scott Vogel since the despair days , buried alive is still my favorite band to this day !
I can't ever get into this band, slugfest, or despair, but buried alive destroyed, the message and the punchy riffs really hit. It sounded like they were trying to do something similar with track 3 here, but it quickly fell flat.
Checking them out now.
