Well, it depends on the piece really. Most of these (particularly Touhou music) I had already learned them years ago, so it didn't really take much time. I also like to play some of these pieces as a warm up, like Night of Nights, so now It's basically all muscle memory. If we're talking about a new piece that I haven't heard before, then it usually takes me 3 to 6 days of practice :)
