So in case anyone in comments is wondering this is 100% impossible as sheeted. You can play it by cutting out 80% of the notes in the fast parts (more like 99% at 5:57), but actually playing this as it is can only ever be done in the virtual world. You can't even make a robot to do it because it would just break the piano.
OK so I did some physics, and a robot to play at this speed would draw a minimum of 4000 watts of power, 1000 of which would be lost as heat, and exert a near constant force of 420 Newtons on the piano keys, changing directions every 1/340th of a second. The keys would be instantly smashed to bits, and the body of the piano would catch fire from the heat. Over the entire lifespan of that spam section, it would use over 1 kJ of energy, meaning that this is the equivalent, in terms of destructive potential, of playing a piano by shooting a gun at the keys.

step 1: grow an extra hand. i can now play it after 2 straight hours of practice not as fast as it is in the video. "obviously" but i can still play it. ty for this, it was the most like "human" cover i found so i can play it
