Icon is shown as a battery with a line through it. on the screen. If that same battery is inserted into the other working unit, ir not only starts charging, but also powers the unit up properly. Is there any way to get this non-working blackberry back on track and powering up? I have held down the red phone on it's face for over two minutes, and nothing happens. I have tried clicking that same button for the same amount of time. I have also held in the power-up button , as well as the red phone at the same time, but it still refuses to power up, and also charge the battery. Like I said, the battery takes a charge okay on the working unit. I have also tried removing, and re-inserting the battery as well. Is ther anything else I can do to get it to boot up?
