I can relate to you so much. I’m 25 years old and was diagnosed with a rare eye disease when I was a junior in high school. It later got so severe and I had to get a corneal transplant in my right eye & I ended up getting glaucoma from the surgery. I now have barley any vision in my right eye. It’s such a horrible disease to have. Haven’t drove since i was about 19/20 years old. I would love to one day see better. I will pray for you. Some days are harder than other, but we can do it!!

My eyes get red and watery sometimes and I used to blink a lot as a kid, sadly I think I've had this for a while but nobody tested me for it.
I have glaucoma too
wow most of those symptoms you mentioned I have experienced my whole life and 11 years ago the eye doctor started monitoring me for glaucoma , and 4 days ago started me on the drops, so now im trying to learn more about this new diagnosis and how to deal with it, seems I hit the lotto on uncurable illnesses, this makes the 3rd one now.

Well i am trying to look at the positive side of things since, i know i am losing my sight i can at least prepare for it now while i can still see, and with luck the treatment will help slow down the progression. I was just surprised that it took my eye doctor so long to do the diagnosis.
@@macgabhann1108 My situation is similar to yours. 11 years ago I was labeled as glaucoma suspect because of high eye pressure (IOP 26) on my left eye. How old were you and what was your eye pressure at if you don't mind me asking.
@@polaris23 sorry it took so long to respond did not see the notification anyway i was 38 at the time and my iop was in the low to mid 30's
@@macgabhann1108 YES that’s right. Me too I have glaucoma and I’m preparing in case I lose more of my vision and yes it’s a struggle. There’s bad days and better days. But I do have one eye that’s pretty shot
I have done my oct yesterday and doctor told me that you have early glaucoma. I was shocked that Being so young like i am only 23 and they are saying you have early glaucoma. They prescribed me eye drops. I am not using it . I want it to be confirmed by other doctor too. I just don’t want to rush directly into the conclusion.
And today I did my appointment for the second doctor and he told me that there is no any glucoma in your case but he recommended me to visit again after 20 days and gave me drop not for glaucoma. I hope everything goes well.

Made noises by people gaining attention by remarks made about what appears to happen not sure if they were actually being sarcastic or just trying to be evil by what seemed obvious be asking that my sight off one eye more than anything else cause one eye is weird to see in a certain position by which drops to put in one of them doesn’t seeing is worse then anything
