I think a super cool way of making the activation switches more stealthy is to put them in to a glove. Have the wire route through the glove material in like a double layered fabric to cover it from all sides and have the momentary switch stitched in to the side of the finger like where it is on the ring currently. That way it could be any kind of glove as well so it could be fingerless gloves past where the switch needs to be, or just full normal gloves.

  • @samdridd

Love what you have done with the design of the blades. Truly awesome, and one of the best renditions of the hidden blade.
I have some critical points though, in a fight if the opponent cuts the tubes to your blades or the tubes develop a leak, the blades will not work. And since you have taken the design from the games, the blades in the games whose mechanism never broke. The one time a hidden blade did break, only the blade broke and not the mechanism.
My second critical point is that for the blades to function you will have to carry the backpack everywhere, and you wouldn't be able to remove the backpack without someone's help which defeats the purpose of stealth.

I'm curious about how well it can thrust with its own extension. For example, put your hand on the target, extend and retract the blade so that the blade is not seen and your arm doesn't seem to make any thrust.
For the target, I'm looking forward to seeing you test those hidden blades on something, in term of durability, similar to:
    - human skin and flesh,
    - common clothes,
    - gambeson,
    - chainmail,
    - plate armour.
Thank you for your interesting project!

Difference between /2 and /3 is /2 has 2 positions, provide pressure to extend or provide pressure to retract, and /3 has the same 2 positions, but between them is a position that cuts off the pressure

You Should add a safety mechanism so when you extend your wrist back it can be activated and when your wrist is flexed downwards or relaxed it cannot be activated. This could prevent it from being activated accidentally and potentially injuring the user. There could be a trigger on the dorsal side of the hand so when it’s extended back it disables the safety and the trigger in the ring can be activated. Just my two cents!
