Wow, that is a nice clean truck! Years ago I had a 72 in a 3/4 4wd, loved it unfortunately up here in the rust belt of Michigan they don't stay as nice as yours for long. Thanks for the ride a long, brought back memories.
Thank you. I'm in Western Kentucky and the truck came from Tennessee. Spent most of it's life as a sanitation department truck for the city of Smyrna. I love the older stuff!! Thanks so much for watching!!
Cool truck! Rode in one of these back in the early 90's when i was a kid with my uncle. He and my dad worked in construction together. It was an old utility truck. He made it into a dump truck. I believe it had a 360. He painted it candy apple red. One Tough truck he did not give it any slack lol. Hulled a lot of equipment, dirt , fill sand gravel and firewood with it .Those were a good old days.
Y’all back in the woods a bit boy . Just picking. Enjoyed the ride! Your truck reminds me of our old farm trucks we use to have . Pop pop pop when letting off the gas .
Loved that ride!! Ole 360 sounding good!! Gotta love the gear ratio difference in those granny gears, tuff at times with a small block. 360-390 are a breed of their own I know, but man sounded good!! I do love that truck!! Gives me the itch to get started on grandpa's truck!! Gotta make some time for it soon, and the goosneck axles!! You have about the same commute as me from home to the farm!! Thank you Mr Bill for bringing us along, look fwd to more!!
Thanks for being here!! I like the older stuff. Takes me back to my younger days. Got to keep the rpms up to pull the hills. Looking forward to seeing grandpa's old truck getting to work again. Thanks so much for being here!!
@@stinsonfarms6724 Amen my friend, I totally agree!! Love seeing it used as well!! Me too, very excited now after your rise along too!! Always sir, truly enjoy it!!
Thanks for the ride along! The angles were pretty cool. Love that old truck it sounds really good! It may be old but none the less can do what you need and those things are great machines!
That was an awesome trip, absolutely love the sound of the 350 V8, that truck is a jewel, can you tell us the story of the little Ford tractor if you not do so already
Beautiful truck! I’ve got a 68f100 a man gave me for helping him,the bed is shot.I just bought a 76 f350 power steering, disc brakes 12ft cab&chassis truck and the cab is shot for 600$ I’m planning on putting the 68cab on the 76.How rough do they ride??? I’ve considered putting lower rated aftermarket 350 rear springs on it if it’s too bad. Thanks for any input.
I love the 70s body style of these trucks. Mine rides pretty stiff. If you're not going to haul with it some lighter springs would be nice. Thanks for watching!!!
I ran into the same issue in the past. So I just started working on them myself. If it's not any good now then I can't tear it up! Lol The carbs on these are pretty simple. Thanks for watching!!
Thanks for the ride along. The Ol' Girl sounds like a "Beast" hauling the tractor down the road there. 👍🏻👍🏻 Take care.
It's been a good one. Old and slow but still a work horse. Thanks!!

This truck had a dump bed on it at one time. They are pretty tough old trucks. My Dad had one like it when I was growing up. Thanks for watching!!
Thanks for the ride in your truck I enjoyed it.
Thanks for tagging along!!
1972 was the last year for those generation Ford F-series models. 1967 was the first year for them.
Old truck looks very good. I used to have a 72 Chevy flatbed C30 350 4 speed it was a fun truck
I grew up in trucks like these. Still love them. One of my favorites was a 54 chevy. Thanks for watching!!
