Hi Scott… I will look at the package again… if I am wrong remember I did mention the strings moving and that the stringbed didn’t look like a polyester string would have.
@Scott… RPM Soft has a POLYMIDE core with additives to soften the impact… not a true multifilament but definitely not polyester. Babolat fooled me with the “RPM” title.
@@thetennisjones3728 Thanks for investigating this further, Alain. I wonder if the string would play better at something like 26 or 27 KG. Sounds pretty disappointing from your playtest though.
@@scotthefley6103… There’s no doubt in my mind RPM Soft would play better at a higher tension. Our tennis center (Tali Tenniskeskus) is hosting a Challenger next week, it will be quite difficult for Siri and I to play. Hang in there, I will revisit this 😀🎾
I think this string is great choice for cross hybrid setup?
Nice channel, keep it up! 🎾
@Bartek… feel free to look through our archive of videos 😄🎾
Thanks for the review! The tennis warehouse string comparison site lists RPM soft as made from nylon. Does it say that it is a polyester string?

Another great, honest and impartial review. New watcher, love it. So what is your daily driver Alain?
@Alan… Thank you for your kind words. My “Daily Driver” is YTEX ProTour Blue
