I have clay soil too and if you mix sand in with your garden / lawn soil it helps break up that clay .
They have grass seed spreaders so the seeds are spread evenly. Love your yard work!

Kentucky 31 is an extreme grass. It is tall and thick. So if it is only used in spots it will not blend well with the rest of the yard. So a good idea would be to over seed the entire yard to blend it.

Your yard looks great! But you need to put grass seed all over the yard. They also make fast grow bare spot seed! Love your videos!
Yes, that’s exactly what I did 👍🏾
To decompose the roots, put a God cut in each root. Put salt, vinegar and water in the roots. This will naturally decompose the roots.

Hire someone to aerate the lawn in the fall, then seed. All that lawn needs to be desperately aerated.
