    Where does the co activator protein present? Near enhancer region or promoter?

    Why , what the heck decides how this works. Are the binding areas really that mechanical. Why do the parts even show up. How do they know they are over the target ?

      They dont know where they have to go and what they have to do. The Enzymes are floating through this Reaction chamber and if they randomly get nearby to the place where they ,,fit'' (key-lock-principle and collision theory i think), they form chemical bonds which are responsible for the function and the position they are on. But they will not just stay there, the bonds can also just break and the Enzyme detaches.
      To higher the probability that the Enzymes get into place, the cell is divided into different reaction chambers so the room is smaller

      @@kevin9301 English is fine. It's above me . Looks too much like a process man would create to manufacture something and the size of these things is as incomprehensible as the distance between stars.
