Time does feel faster for angels and demons since angels no longer have human responsibilities and stuff (other than the ruler and her assistants) but other then that they just eat, sleep, talk, overthink and lost track of time - which tricks the brain into thinking that 3000 years wasnt a long time when it actually really really is. And only people like the rulers and her direct assistants would feel the time flowing longer than others with the amount of responsibilities they have to bear.
