I tried it too in a lobby.
Here is the amount of reds you need for each tower with kaya and sange. (Edit: according to someone spell amp doesnt work. But the numbers remain unchanged. I just had it in my inventory while testing)
Tier 1 - 7 red bombs (no backdoor)
Tier 2 - 23 red bombs
Tier 3 - 24 red bombs
Tier 4 - 25 red bombs
Ancient - 44 red bombs

Wrong. Spell amplification does not work on any of your mines; as they are their own units (this is also the same reason why blademail does not work on techies when he blows you up with bombs, but works when he jumps on you). However, Veil of Discord works as you are increasing magic damage against them from all targets, which works with your bombs; duly note that Veil of Discord does not works against structures, so this shouldn’t be added as a variable when making your red mine calculations. The calculations are as follows (BD means Back Door):
Tier 1: 9 reds (18 reds BD)
Tier 2: 13 reds (25 reds BD)
Tier 3: 13 reds (25 reds BD)
Melee barracks: 11 reds (22 reds BD)
Ranged barracks: 7 reds (13 reds BD)
Tier 4: 14 reds (26 reds BD)
Ancient: 24 reds (45 reds BD)

So my number are literally tested 1 by 1.

@@Awesome-ct7vr Anyhow, even if you did test it in a lobby, you forget to include the unaccounted variables; why did tier 1 tower only take 7 reds? That could be because of creeps attacking/attacked it, your own hero auto-attacking it, or you simply miscounted. I have first calculated them with mathematics for each structure, and then testing them in a lobby. The mere fact that you thought that spell amplification added any sort of damage to red mines serves as evidence that your numbers are indeed, incorrect. Have a nice day.
