But can we eat the cooked food which might have acidic in there e.g. plain daal which has few drops of lime or Sabji which might have little tomatoes etc. thanks again!!
Kaansa(bronze) is not used for cooking. It is only used for eating. You can eat sour items in it also but you should not keep sour items in it for too long like for hours. Just serve in it and eat it immediately. Pital(brass) is used for cooking but only after doing kalai(coating its inner surface with tin). Then it can be used for cooking anything even sour items. Same with tamba(copper).You can use it to cook anything after doing kalai.
Yes, the light yellow or the whitish (tin) yellow ones seem to effectively bring down body heat (pitta) so may alleviate acidity/ulcer and promote gut health/alkalinity. It would be interesting to see if it can bring down diabetic points. May be conducive for spiritual sadhana as well as fasting (better gut health implies better mind function/emotional balance, less load on heart, deep and regular breath flow through both the nostrils and hence more alive chakras/energy vortices).
I referred to bronze/kansya/vengala/kanchu (an alloy of mainly Copper & TIn, not sure if it has others such as ZInc in small percentages) cast/heavy patra (eg, vengala pongal paanai). Light yellow colour may be because of certain composition (I brought water to boil in one such vessel, immediately transferred it into a steel glass and consumed twice daily for around 10 days now and it seems to pacify acidic stomack); on the contrary the vessels with brownish tinge reflects predominance of copper property so may cumulatively increase pitta on regular use.
Can use ghee in bronze pot for cooking but need to be transferred to other tin pot after cooking immediately .Can cook but Cannot store ghee and milk related items in bronze utensils

There are many alternative forms of sugar. Crystal cube sugar we normally use is heavily chemically processed, from that the color of sugar cane juice is removed. Blessing is usually done with animal bone charcoal and sulphur is also used. Due to these reasons eating it is not recommended. Also it disturbs all three elements. There is boora, non cube smaller unbleached sugar, jaggery. Basically there can be 10 forms of sugar depending on processing. A person has to choose on basis of season and his constitution. Also different uses in kitchen requires different sweetening agent. Ex gud can't be used in kheer but there is date palm jaggery which can and is used widely in Bengal. Similarly in coconut kheer normal jaggery is used.
Guruji, You didn't mention about Milk. I have two Tamba bhigona and I am using it in warming milk, making tea. But I couldn't use milk for 2 days and it turned down in blue colour. Then I searched alot how and why it tutned blue even malai is also turned blue. It reacts with milk also no matter its warm or cold milk don't keep milk in it.

I use leetal vessel for drinking water ,eating on stove . For gastritis ,it works wonder for me. It does not break on heating

And, traditional Pital (brass) vessels with Tin (inside) coating are worth trying.
