      You would be surprised how much pressure can be put on the human body. David Goggins had this lump on his knee from pushing himself and when the surgeon tried to remove it the scoupel broke and he had never seen anything like it.
      After the removal it turned out the lump was what helped him keep running.
      Goggins is a Cristian too,same as Jordan Peterson and Andrew huberman,who knew they out there this much 🤷

    Pull-ups and dips for me, but probably pull-ups if I had to just pick one. Those body weight exercises are just good gauges of overall relative strength and fitness.

    ....The strongest(sadly the most innocent) in my bloodline was 7'3ft tall and spent entire day doing nothing but tilling th soil and crushing grains with a giant log and I don't think a humble me who is 6'4 will ever be that strong I can baerly lift my own weight.

    Curls are functional. Not as functional as a pull up or any compound movement but your biceps are responsible for a lot of everyday applications, especially in hands on work

    My favourite excercise is a Dumbell Bicep Curl with my elbow on the knee. Feel hella manly when doing those.
    Second favourite is Cable Double Bicep Curl. With this one I feel like I'm training for that scene from CIvil War.

    I don't want to pre-reject myself the opportunity but "the strongest in your bloodline" seems impossible since it's said that my great-grandfather was able to hold down red deer and buffalos by their antlers/horns.

    My favourite is lowkey the chest press, It feels great, really easy to go to failure and also pumps up my chest really good. You also feel a great stretch in the pecs and by going with 5 - 8 reps it really helps me go to failure. The problem is you can't really go past failure

    May i say, from injury experience, biceps may not be a be-all-end-all muscle to train, but ill be damned if they aren't functional. Train those puppies consistently, if you're gonna do any kind of physical activity that requires using your uper body. Triceps, too.

    😂 1:00 all he said there was ironic to me bc even though pull ups are kinda or one of my best and favorite exercises I dont have any of these features like a Dorito back or have the best posture. My hurdle coach once told me during a practice that, "has any one told you stand/look like an old man?" I just replied, saying I was gassed.

    Dips are the best chest exercise. I love dips! Will go assisted for 200-300 reps and also do calisthenics. I may not be the strongest guy in the gym, but I will be able to take the functionality of calisthenics into old age!

    My fav exercise is by far, leg curls. That feeling of absolutely destroying a muscle with just one exercise...and if you do it with a DS included, goddammit best feeling you'll ever feel

    While I was growing up I loved the training montage from Rocky IV and at one point he did pullups which looked ultra badass I really wanted to do them as well.
    Took me literally YEARS to be able to do a single pullup and still feel its the most badass looking exercise out there (followed by the barbell squat)

    My favorites are the Snatch, Clean and Jerk, weighted dips and pull-ups, I also adore overhead press, and I do ATG front and back squats. I also do bouldering.
