I avoid ice even at McDonald's and KFC and I'm an indian. 😂 Also I never drink unpackaged water in restaurants. Can't trust the quality and it's very very easy to get sick from dirty water than unhygienic food.

Those big ice blocks you see are made in very very unhygienic place and God knows how the water quality is. Yes if I don't have a choice then it's another matter and then the natural strength and immunity is good enough for me.
