Hi, it was all made of mild steel. I welded the handle in as the was I was storing it would not need a removable handle. Here is a photo. drive.google.com/file/d/151dshRNt7V8gW0DB3bR31oTbJDeszyJD/view?usp=sharing
Thanks for your question. I don't buy the small bottles as they are not very economical. I buy the (almost) 1L bottles. They are not cheap, but the prices vary a lot from different outlets so shop around. These are the two cheapest places I have found, but there may be others. www.deltamike.co.nz/product/birchwood-casey-perma-blue-liquid-gun-blue-32oz/ reloadingdirect.co.nz/shop/gunsmithing/bluing-finishing/birchwood-casey-perma-blue-liquid-gun-blue-32oz-960ml/
Cheers Man. I have only been able to find the small bottles, I have just finished a hossfeld bender build with Hydraulic attachment and would love to blue everything. I'll be ordering a few liters. Based in New Plymouth. Thanks again
Too complicated for what could have been simple 2 static caster wheels in back that you can lock, one that rotates in front and you would have 3 contact point that will be stable on any surface . But hey you do you ,if it works for you ,good.
Excellent John, a very useful handmade roller pinch bar for the shop. Another very good build 😉😊🏴
Thank you.
Great work. If you'd told me a year ago I'd be watching tool making videos I'd have laughed at you 😅 very interesting.
Thanks Denise.
Gday John, very handy to have and well built mate, cheers

Great build..
Thank you.
Really cool build! New subscriber here!
Thanks for watching and the sub.
I think I would have made the handle removeable for storage. Was everything made of mild steel or did you use something exotic?

@@karlshaw9111 No problem. I also did a few videos on a Hossfeld bender build. I'm not sure if you saw then or not.

Not stable enough for a heavy, tall piece of equipment. You ever see any machinery with 3 legs?
Thanks for watching.
