The NSR 908 is a great car to do this kind of comparison with. It's already excellent, but responds so well to tuning that it makes it an absolute pleasure to tinker with. I've been looking at suspension kits for mine on my Carrera track, and I think you just convinced me to go for it. Harry on the clutch once again!
This is fantastic. I just bought this car last week. I love it. I have a Carrera Digital track and just chipped the car last night. WOW! This car is a blast. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge!
This is an interesting comparison and fun to watch too! I personally thought different spring tensions was a bit of a gimmick until I saw your video. Thanks
I'd like to see the no suspension but JUST loose, i.e. the pod can just move fore/after left/right without feeling any rocking...then add tape underneath. I always find suspension is slightly slower because the rear end drops during cornering and suddenly unloads coming out of the bends.
Awesome loved the comparison on the wood.

Love your stile.
Tengo 2 de esos modelos de la escuderia de montjuic!!Por cierto porque utilizais los imanes?Aqui en Barcelona es yn sacrilegio llevarlos!!Un saludo!!
I've never had a NSR but for Slot.It cars on plastic... YES YOU NEED IT! Not so much on a wood track
What cars excell on plywood
Reminds me of my first time driving Slot.It cars
Which suspension do you think works best with a plastic track (soft, medium, or hard)?
Harder seems best
Thank You!!!@@Homeracingworld
What glue are you using to attach your wires?
Been using UV glue. Amazon pens.
I have been building cars and slot racing on and off since the 60s. Looking to get back into it. Some say LVD some say Slot It what do I want.
Well good luck. What scale? Do you have a track? I suppose we are talking commercial type models like Parma, JK, etc.
1/32 THEY SAY PARMA IS GONE. SLOT IT?
@@stevesweeney7892 Slot.it is a good brand yes.
