There is a difference between a criminal record and employment record. Brian may have a “clean” criminal record, but his past managers and coworkers would know about his workplace behaviours.
ok so after rewatching this scene a bunch of times i think i understand why Brian is let off the hook so easily after beating up Stausiac. So Brian is still new to the FBI, the Torretto Case was his first assignment then he went native, he second mission was for the Verone case in Miami, making the Braga case his 3rd case. Jessie's death in the first movie mentally fucked with Brian and you can tell he's about to snap at the finally quarter mile, Brian was on the verge of tears. so Brian clearly takes death personally especially when it's his fault, cause it was ultimately because Brian and Belkin's jumped the gun on Johnny Tran that they shot up the Toretto house. i bring this up because Letty's death was ultimately on Brian because Brian was the one who put her undercover so i believe Brian's superior noticed that Brian was putting Letty's death on himself and that Brian hitting Stausiac wasn't personal but rather the guilt of losing an agent for the first time coming to the surface.
4:48 if I remember correctly, his boss was saying that they had limited time, and generally shitty situation, so they had to close the case ASAP. So they had no time searching good drivers, besides there's a great one right among them
Funny enough, I know a guy who looks _a lot_ like Paul Walker, and he gets away with everything, all the time. Including talking shit to, and getting in fights with, his bosses at work. No shit... I guess it's just being a handsome white dude 🤷🏽♂️
Have you ever seen the 1965 classic sitcom, "My Mother the Car". Let me set the scene, a man's mother passes, but her spirit enters her car, a "1928 Porter" which was not real and built off a Model T Touring car, I'm told. She provides love, wisdom and support from her vehicular prison. So when the Fast and Furious series is over, there's plenty of other fish in the sea
4:04 if you think that's brutal you need to watch the movie "Running Scared" which is still my favorite Paul Walker film of all time because of how different is compared to his other roles with how insanely dark and brutal it is. It's also one of the few times we got to see Paul lose his shit nonstop for an entire movie. To put it simple, he goes full Nicholas Cage mode.
@@sukhdevr3489 It's a pretty damn good movie and the rest of the cast was really good too. it's pretty dark, violent and creepy at times but to me that's the charm of it and is a nice change of pace from Brian O Connor. I would also recommend Brick Mansions as well, it's a more straight forward action but it's still pretty good.
did you Edit in that NFS Most Wanted theme Music at the beginning? or is that actually in the movie? lmao. it's been a minute since i've seen this movie so idk tbh 😭
so one theory I've come up with about this film that connects to Jessie from the original f&f film is that when Dom is looking for whoever is boosting cars with nitro meth he goes to one specific guy in this film, they never actually acknowledge it but when he pulls the guy out from under the car he's wearing a beanie,he's wearing a sleeveless shirt & he says "say hi to your sister for me"..he also calls him boss,I'm almost certain that's Jessie
Poor man doesn’t know what he got himself into. Imagine being a competent individual with just a tad of film knowledge and watching this before the internet turned it into a meme.

@@TheRacingJoker it’s all good except you got gain control on. So when you stop speaking the noises of your room stop too. You start speaking as we hear the room pretty well again. In RX6 there is a tool to remove any type of noise, including room echo, humming, etc. Cut the unwanted sounds out, this will improve your sound drastically. Other thing - you might not be hearing issues with the audio, because of whatever tech you are using, some frequencies might not be transparent. I watch you from iPhone 11, add hear quite a bit of humming. Otherwise it’s good, I enjoy your vids
I really don’t understand what kinda “trouble” Brian even could be in there after the botched arrest of braga? First off it’s not like in the first one where he helped someone get away, he only got away cuz staciak fucked it up and tried to close the deal too early, so literally it’s not ideal, but why would Brian even be in trouble right here for that? I mean even if it WAS his fault and not staciaks, which it wasn’t, but even if it was it wasn’t an intentional decision like the first movie soooo he would be in trouble how exactly...? But knowing cops, operating how ever the hell they want on a whim whenever the hell they feel like it, bending the “rules” to fit exactly what they wanna do, seems legit and highly realistic.

“Brian Earl Spillner did all that other stuff, we are gonna give this O’Conner guy a chance.” -some fbi guy
Ahhh it was an administrative error ooops
A huge question ive had about this movie is how and why Brian was in L.A again? Why did he leave Miami? Where is Rome? Why is he working for the FBI?
There is a difference between a criminal record and employment record. Brian may have a “clean” criminal record, but his past managers and coworkers would know about his workplace behaviours.
Exactly. The FBI would not employ him given his previous behaviour.
