MOVING FORWARD - A mini-doc about ESCUELA ADELANTE - a school that does things differently

Escuela Adelante is a small non-profit bilingual school located in San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua. As I traveled from Guatemala to Peru, I stopped over in San Juan, the small coastal town where my wife and I were married, and was introduced to the people who co-founded and run this school. I volunteered to create a mini-documentary and fundraising film they could show at a fundraising event and post on their website. It was a rewarding experience and one I would gladly do again.
This video features Escuela Adelante's co-founder, Jaime Hunter, and two parents -- local parent Maria de los Angles Mondoy and foreign parent James Sedgwick. I hope it shows the wonderful impact the school has on its students' families and their community.
Escuela Adelante offers a bilingual curriculum, which is rare, versus the traditional English as a Second Language model. They currently offer preschool through first grade and are looking to build a new campus and offer older students an opportunity to study as well. They need help building this new campus and that's what I hope this video helps them accomplish.
